Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding the resource requirements of various business units
  • Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates
  • Strategizing the recruitment process to ensure quality hiring with in the SLA
  • Single point contact for internal clients and the senior management for diverse hiring requirements
  • Interact with the operations teams frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them
  • Develop and manage different channels of recruitment to ensure candidate availability and keep the cost of hiring at the optimum level
  • Play an active role in understanding the resource requirements of the business and making plans towards fulfilling them
  • Managing Vendors for various recruitment functions
  • Ability to articulate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates
  • Maintain and develop internal database
  • Expert & disciplined in using an HRMS tracking System
  • Knowledge in social media sourcing such as internet sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
  • On boarding formalities and aligning the new joiner to the respective line managers

Who should apply for this Role!

  • Any PGs or Grads 1 - 3 year of experience in lateral recruitment
  • You have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken
  • Should be able to interact with other Regional Heads / Service Delivery Managers / Business Heads & Cross functions
  • Knowledge in sourcing, pitching and recruiting for mid-management and senior management positions
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and process
  • Ability to understand and implement HRMS automation tools
  • Should have strong negotiation skills
