Job Summary
  • Strong experience with HR(Employee Success Partner) who can manage and oversee HR Operations (On boarding, Personal filing and statutory compliance, HR MIS (HR Trackers, Zoho people) , Performance Management (90 days, 180 days, Annual Appraisal, PIP, Skill gap Analysis, Training calendar, Training coordination and execution, Compensation & benefits, Payroll Management, Disciplinary processes, Exit management. In line with the set processes within the agreed timelines.
  • Support delivery teams to develop and maintain talent across the organization based on the business requirements through planned and organized training.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with all employees in order to sustain healthy Employee Engagement levels, and support delivery teams to engage employees across functions.
  • Receive, acknowledge, and work on various requests raised by employees in a timely manner and be accountable for the closure of the requests raised.
  • Analyse attrition and manage employee retention. Maintain the set attrition percentages for the FY.
  • Ensure implementation of the existing policies and procedures and draft new policies as required to support business teams.
  • Manage all relevant HR Records with up-to-date information and provide necessary information to all stakeholders as and when information is sought and to manage statutory compliance from HR & organization perspective.
  • Responsible for status reporting to Head HR appropriately and on as needed basis.
  • Drive the team and complete individual projects.
  • Maintain quality of service to employees and stake holders by following organizational standards and other best practices of the industry appropriately under the guidance of Head HR
