Job Summary

As a Lead - Marketing, you will:

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create an annual marketing plan outlining objectives, tactics, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Compile and analyze marketing performance data to track progress against goals.
  • Present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with practice and inside sales teams to promote new services effectively.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to target new and existing customers.
  • Develop and refine marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust budgets as needed to optimize ROI.
  • Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation campaigns to acquire new customers.
  • Implement lead generation processes to identify and nurture potential leads.
  • Tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to target audiences in North America and the Middle East.
  • Adapt messaging and tactics to resonate with regional markets.


Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ Years of B2B Marketing Experience with a Focus on IT Services/Products.
  • Well-rounded understanding of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Demand Generation Campaigns, and Lead Generation Processes
  • Budget Creation and Management
  • Problem-solving Skills for Customer Acquisition
