We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Jaipur. ⛌️ Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights. Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and convert them into functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimization strategies to improve overall performance.
• Market Research: Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity to help shape strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Financial Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling by analyzing cost structures and identifying profit-driving opportunities.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, workflows, user manuals, and status reports.
• Communication & Collaboration: Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Work with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master s degree or certifications like CBAP are a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of project management principles and business process modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards, regulations, and compliance best practices.
