Job Summary Summary
  • We are searching for a remote Senior Virtual Assistant Business Generalist to join our small team with the focus on delivering services in general business administration, social media, online research, communication, and correspondence management.
  • We require the candidate to be extremely responsible and resourceful with a strong understanding of a business generalist. You are a tech-savvy one who understands the intricacies of social and digital media and understands the agility of change and continuous improvement.
  • In a nutshell a blend of a business generalist with a touch of social/digital
  • Working remotely, you must provide high-quality work in an extremely organized manner. Speed and quality are key to the success that gears us for exceptional services.
Major Responsibilities

  • Research and process design
  • perform research on various topics, including marketing and customer persona
  • aggregate various data, large data, and perform research
  • prepare research in a presentable manner
  • Able to define a process, implement and improve them
  • Able to write a diverse set of docs and knows the requirement with audience centered approach
  • online information search of various artifacts and able to reproduce the same

Social Media and lead management

  • Using LinkedIn primarily expands the network and corresponds with prospective and current clients.
  • When assigned, perform Social Media Management duties, including scheduling and posting content for social media, i.e., LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Correspondence and communication
  • act as a point of contact
  • Internal communication using collaboration tools and emails
  • communicate through multiple channels
  • email correspondence with external client appointment setting with clients and quick turnaround on client correspondence, questions, and concerns
  • schedule appointments with clients and manage calendar
  • Business Administrative and HR Tasks
  • define and implement a complete and strong file structure
  • source candidates, shortlist, and provide the most suitable candidates
  • Ability to gather online checklists of various tasks and then transform them into tasks, create tasks, implement, perform, complete, close, discuss and reopen so you know task management using an online tool
  • create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets
  • keep track of the expenses sheet

Minimum Qualifications

  • Business Degree or Diploma with general business administration experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and conducting administrative responsibilities
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience in scheduling and posting via social media platforms
  • Experience creating Social Media content
  • Computer Requirements
  • For the home wireless system:
  • Strong Internet Connection
  • Have a firewall to protect wireless internet.
  • Additional Information
  • It is not a supervisory position. It is a full-time position with a daily 10 to 15 minutes work review.
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - sales skill with 2+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education
