Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
2. Specifying and prioritizing market and product requirements, feature sets, and key positioning and messaging elements
3. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
4. Curating, communicating, and managing a long-term product roadmap
5. Analyzing external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities
6. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
7. Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
8. Developing internal and external product training plans
9. Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
10. Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
11. Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they re successfully achieved.
12. To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants.
Skills and Qualification:
1. Minimum of 1 years experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager
2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
5. Excellent teamwork skills
6. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
7. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
8. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
9. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job
10. MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
