Servicing clients for new / ongoing projects by ensuring all deliverables from PFT are done and on time. Tracking in scope deliverables Managing out of scope requests and turning them to upsell opportunities SLA measurement and tracking Measurement of productivity and utilization metrics for resources used in the project Tracking Revenue - projections vs actuals Identification of project risks, contingencies, tracking and take mitigation actions. Tracking of issues reported and ensuring closure Timely reporting to various stake holders and establishing project governance
Should have experience working as Program Manager with BPO/ITES/Media Industry Only Male candidates can apply Should be comfortable for rotational shifts Should be excellent in communication
Skills Required :
Should have experience in managing multi-team, multi-site based mid-size projects Should have good project management skills Should have good communication skills Should have been involved in a client interfacing role with track record of building excellent relationship with clients Understanding of Media & Entertainment industry, technology and workflows will be an added advantage
Qualification : Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/B.Sc Computer Science)
