Role & Responsibilities: Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral o Understanding briefs and thinking and giving form to solid creative ideas in all mediums. o Conceptualizing visual identity for the company, key account relationships, and bid themes for key pursuits. o The hands-on approach across all critical projects. Collaborate with the head of marketing and marketing managers in developing design plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities Supervise graphic designers creative, web & video agencies in the strategic development of creative messages and deliverables Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences Hiring, training, performance evaluation, rewards, and recognition planning for the team Establish processes, templates, SLAs for design Shares global best practices at work with resources Candidate Background: Experience Ten years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporate setting Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns, from developing a vision to creating and overseeing production on time and budget Understanding and experience creating integrated design across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, and also understanding offline and print Proven experience with concept development Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives Qualifications: Technical Required Adobe Suite (Adobe Creative Cloud products, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat) Microsoft PowerPoint Desired Adobe After Effects Microsoft Word & Excel Candidates should have an impressive portfolio on Behance.
