Job Summary

The NOC Engineers should be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following:

  • Good understanding of internet technologies, Cloud Computing and DevOps Concepts<
  • Good understanding of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX/Linux, etc.) and Protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to deal effectively with end users, peers, and management under stressful conditions
  • Ability to comprehend and follow documented guidelines & procedures and experience in solving problems
  • Proven analytical & problem-solving skills & the ability to organize and prioritize several tasks at one time
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Self-starter and can work independently on identified platforms and take ownership of Dev. Ops activities.
  • Experience with the following tools is a big plus
  • Microsoft Azure & DevOps
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Splunk
  • Infoblox
  • Dynatrace
  • Windows DNS
  • Incapsula
