Mandatory skills :

We are looking for Service Desk Engineer with strong experience of Application Patching & Application Deployment is mandatory

We are hiring below Job description:

• Assist with level 1-2 escalated hardware, software, network, and server tickets

• Work with ticketing system and escalate tickets when needed

• Work alongside another IT professional handling on site and remote issues

• Remoting into devices when needed in other locations

• Installing equipment and inventory management

• Troubleshoot, deploy, and image new devices

• Patch management

• Provide on-call support

• Provide extensive documentation

• Work heavily within Active Directory and Group Policies Requirements to apply:

• 3+ years of experience working within Desktop Support

• Experience remoting into devices

• Strong understanding and previous experience providing server support

• Experience deploying and imaging devices with Microsoft SCCM & MEM

• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies

• Experience troubleshooting server issues

• Mandatory Skills: Software Patching

Excellent Communication SKills are required.
