Basic Job Description

The job involves developingcustom Telephone User Interfaces (TUI) for our Voicemail Application Server (VMAS) solution.

In most cases, this involves scripting using a variant ofSCXMLwhich is an XML dialect which has its roots in VoiceXML and CCXML.

The job might also involve documenting the TUI call flow in detail using flowcharts in Visio.

Expected Skills

• Prior experience with Voicemail (or at least IVR) systems highly recommended
• Solid programming foundation (though the candidate does not need to be a senior developer)
• Ability to read and create flow charts
• Understanding of XML, JSON, REST APIs, Databases
• FamiliaritywithSIP/VoIP would be an added advantage
• FamiliaritywithSXMLandMSMLwould be an added advantage(though not mandatory)
• Familiarity with Visual Voicemail would bean added advantage(though not mandatory)
