Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The top priority of this role is Lead generation/acquire new clients.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Probing the customers to understand their requirements and offer them the best print products.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the sales objectives.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Update customer information in the database.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Any Graduate/PG with 1+ years relevant experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Client Management. - Target-driven, very committed, result oriented and dedicated. - Excellent listening and negotiation abilities. - Very enthusiastic, self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. - Strong verbal/written communication skills.
