Qualification :

Must possess a Master s Degree (or edu. Equiv) in Computer Applications or Software Engineering and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Project Lead. Must also possess experience with (i) Develop server-side java components; and (ii) design and develop using J2EE framework. Responsibilities :

Responsible for identifying user interface requirements; helping define project approach and user experience strategy; working with user researchers to design, observe, and analyze field studies; conducting heuristic evaluations on existing products; setting conceptual design and suggest product direction based on field research and functional requirements; defining the user interaction model and workflows; working with visual designers to refine the interactive experience and produce designs consistent with brand; developing prototypes ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to high-fidelity designs (using HTML, CSS, BootStrap, Angular JS) that represent both the visual identity and interaction model required to ensure user success; developing user Interface Specifications and Guidelines; working closely with (local and remote) engineers to implement and deliver the final product; and facilitating project communication across a multidisciplinary team throughout all phases of the project.
