Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring the success and fulfillment of all staffing needs. This person will lead, organize, and execute a variety of talent acquisition programs to ensure the high-growth 50+ team is made up of the best not just the best available.

Responsibilities Include:
Scouting for new talent using a variety of methods (including job sites, data mining, cold calling, online databases, social media, internal databases, search engines, employee referrals, and outplacement events).
Posting and managing job listings on all major job sites (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Qualifying resumes and conducting/setting up preliminary interviews of candidates using telephone and/or video calls.
Managing interview schedules and logistics, collecting feedback on time, and assisting with hiring decisions by conducting debriefing sessions, conducting preliminary reference checks, and coordinating offer letters by working with management and HR to develop attractive offer packages.
Understanding the salary requirements of candidates and facilitating negotiating compensation to maximize profit margins for the company.

Requirements:

Have 3+ years of energize high-growth staffing/recruiting experience.
Possess knowledge of social networking space and creative recruiting techniques (if you are unsure of what we mean, try out our hiring funnel).
Thoroughly understand leading practices in talent sourcing strategies.
Understand human resources practices and employment law as they relate to recruiting (labor laws, 1099 vs. W2, etc.) but we are not hiring for a sleepy HR position so this alone will not cut it.
Have excellent judgment and always maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements and the utmost professionalism in all situations.
Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!).
Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - staffing skill with 5+ years experience

Preferred - High school or equivalent or higher education

Required - Located in India
