Job Summary
1. Carry out HR department activities in order to achieve business targets and improve profitability.2. Execute and Monitoring of company & Contract Employees Salary, Benefits, Grievances & Resolutions.3. Maintain workers Attendance, Leave management, Overtime, Out-door duty etc. with reference to statutory factory acts.4. Maintain hygienic facility of Drinking Water, Tea, Meal, Housekeeping etc.5. Maintain adequate facility of Conference Room, Wash room etc.6. Execute manpower recruitment including On boarding & relieving process according to procedure.7. Conduct training of immediate subordinate/contract workers.8. Co-ordinate for Training of all employees & maintain relevant records of training.9. Participate in department objective achievement.10. Timely completion of the returns as per statutory compliance e.g Welfare fund & Prof. tax.11. Participate and Represent the organization in external events.12. Execute periodic & Pre-medical Checkup. Also follow up for corrective actions in case of any deviation.13. Co-ordinate transport facility for Employees, Visitors & Miscellaneous activities.14. Co-ordinate with other service department to ensure smooth functioning of Admin & HR, departments.15. Maintain, review & update QMS & EMS procedures & records to meet quality requirement.16. Motivate & encourage employees for participation in organization events. Also participate in organization events.17. Follow the work instructions of the superior on need basis
