- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage the relationship at various levels of the clients.
- Interact between the clients and development teams for various concerns, wherever required.
- Ability to work with existing Clients in attainment of the payments & follow ups.
- Driving the sales revenues & achieving them.
