Job Summary

As a Finance Admin, you will be maintaining finance receivables and expense reports; write emails and connect with clients to collect the receivables; maintain client accounts; maintain and prepare expense reports for tax filings; take part in budget control; work with financial institutions.

Experience 5+ years

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client accounts and collect receivables.
  • Forecast cash flow, do budget plans and control expenses.
  • Working with Audit teams and Financial Institutions for various business needs.
  • Handle claims & reimbursements.
  • Negotiate with client and vendors for organization profits.

Required Skills

  • Experience in forecasting cash flow, budget planning, execution & control.
  • Experience in handling account ledgers and finance P&L reports.
  • Knowledge in organisational tax filings & execution.
  • Able to work with Finance Institutions and Audit teams.
  • Good English communication and Letter Writing Skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & customer relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Risk management skills.
