Job Requirements

Someone with

• 3-5 years experience in solving real world customer first problems
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• An up-to-date portfolio of UX/product design work samples focussing on visual design. This role needs excellent craftsmanship skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate your designs via design mocks, interaction flows, detailed prototypes, and specifications
• Cross-team communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation skills to get buy-in on your design
• Knowledge of Material and HIG for Android, iOS platforms
• Proficient in Figma, using libraries and use of Design Systems.
• Experience working directly with users (running studies, or collaborating with a researcher)
• Motion design experience would be a plus.
