Job Summary

Led client calls for communication of Proemp Business.
Support the monthly payroll life cycle, and funding/billing processes ensuring accuracy and timely payment of employees salaries.
Maintain an up-to-date records database in relation to workers personal information.
Attending client and employee calls as needed during the onboarding period and continuing throughout the life cycle of key clients and employees.
Responsible for training new hires in the team and organizing their Orientation sessions.
Responsible for providing process improvement ideas for better management of the team.

3 to 5 Years
