Job Description: Web designers are the individuals who are involved in designing and building the interface, aesthetic and navigation of websites for businesses and clients. They work in IT team of an organization and also for a digital media agency which service clients. Web designers possess a range of skills and qualities with specialized applications and programming skills. Responsibility: Conceptualize unique web design ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex roadblocks. Execute all visual plan stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Planning visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are following branding for client Preparing design plans and displaying website formation. Working with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into the website. Requirements: Work experience of 1+ years as a web designer or related subject in Information technology, graphic design and digital media. Good understanding of content management system Good understanding of search engine optimization principles Excellent visual designing skills Creative and open to new ideas Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques Proficiency in graphic design the software which includes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and other visual design tools. Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
