Role Description

1. Understanding client requirements & functional specifications. 2. Developing and maintaining desktop applications. 3. Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Create and deliver data-driven reports. 4. Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications.Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement. 5. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. 6. Investigate and develop skills in new technologies. 7. Create technical specifications and test plans. 8. Create new and extend existing operational documentation. 9. Consult closely with management and occasionally agency staff related to projects and tasks. 10. Ensuring fool proof performance of the deliverable. 11. Coordinating with co - developers and other related departments. 12. Sending regular updates about project status.
