SDET - Cucumbar

Overview

7+ years of hands on experience in Testing and Test automation across multiple technologies.

Strong working knowledge on Selenium for web applications / angular applications.

Strong understanding of testing web services (APIs) & testing noSQL databases.

Should have experience in web services automation using Rest Assured.

Should have experience using cucumber for both web application testing & api testing

Should have experience on working with application that are data intensive

Strong hands on experience in Core Java, collections framework and Exception handling.

Expertise in TestNG and framework models like data driven, page object model and page factory model.

Experience in creating frameworks is good to have

Expertise in build tools like Maven, Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Source code management tools: GIT/Bit bucket, SVN is required. Knowledge on Javascript based automation is added advantage [ Protractor / Nightwatch + jasmine / Mocha] .

Able to sustain in fast paced agile environments .

Familiar with agile methodology scrum calls, retrospective ,sprint planning ,user story effort and point estimation .

Strong communication skills and should be able to co-ordinate with team on accomplishing tasks .

Experience in design & development of automation frameworks is added advantage .

Must have experience with Maven, Jenkins (CI / CD).

Must have worked in Agile environments and should have experience in ALM / defect life cycle management.

Good at communication skills.

Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech / MCA / Masters in computer science or any other equivalent experience is preferred.
