Overview

Senior Developer

Responsibilities:

Design and Develop innovative web applications

Develop reusable components of using Angular

Design and develop userfriendly user interfaces that are responsive and Section 508 Compliant for Software as a Service application

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software within a project scope ensuring that work product meets end user acceptance criteria

Manage selfdirected assignments to resolve software defects or implement features to meet schedule commitments with a highlevel of quality

Estimate and scoping development tasks and making recommendations for innovations and improvements relating to software component designs. Includes reviewing the work of team members and completing elements of design

Acquire knowledge of industry and company standards, tools and technology with a focus on pragmatic application to businessfocused software solutions through initiative and selfstudy

Collaborate with back end developers to integrate UI with dynamic data

Work closely with QA to deliver quality code in an agile environment

Develop new website features and widgets

Develop tooling or automated processes to streamline UI development

Fix bugs or other anomalies discovered inUI code

Create and maintain documentation of UI code or technical topics/processes

Clean up or refactor UI code as required with the team

Take initiative to improve upon coding standards, clarify requirements, and seek opportunities for growth

Investigate new technologies, paradigms or designs through rapid prototyping

Requirements:

BS degree with 8+ years of work experience developing in Angular

Automated continuous integration and delivery

Experience in responsive and obile design

Experience in accessibility and Section 508 Compliance

5+ years of:

Developing enterprise web applications

UI design and development using HTML5, CSS3, REST, JSON

Component and design frameworks such as Bootstrap, Semantic UI, or Material UI

Experience using Azure for developing and deploying webbased UI applications

Experience using any non Javascript based Asynchronous frameworks

Preferred Skills:

Aggressively come up to speed on business landscape and system logic

Selfmotivated for learning, adaptation, and technological education

Strong skills to mentor other engineers on the team and assist in troubleshooting
