Core Competency Requirements

• Good hands on experience in React Native, Javascript, Redux.
• Proficient in preparing iOS and Android Builds and submit them on Test Flight and App Stores.
• Experience in Firebase, API Integration, Push Notifications etc. is a Must.
• Hands on Experience/ Working Knowledge in Flutter would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UX techniques and rules.
• Ability to work per Coding Standards and write Quality Code.
• Effective team co-ordination with a focus on getting the job done on time and with high quality standards.
• Must have good troubleshooting skills.
• Must have good understanding of client requirements and be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum Qualifications- Masters/ Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  1-4 years of experience in React Native and Javascript.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build performance oriented standard code that runs on both Android and iOS devices with maximum backward compatibility.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes.
• Test its own code before submitting it to QA, to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Understand Task requirements, Ask questions at the right time and provide effort estimate of assigned tasks.
• Effectively assign and monitor task progress to a team.
• Understand Project/ Module requirements and ask questions at the right time.
• Help team members speed up tasks and troubleshoot issues.
