Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing) and utilise best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool
  • Attract applicants by using Social media, through referral and head hunting. Place job ads, on Newsgroups and job boards for lead development
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the requirement post which create the recruitment strategy and interviewing plan
  • Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the candidates & assess their skills as per pro need in terms of candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Keep your candidate in loop and take follow-up for interview coordination to till joining
  • Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
  • Enter candidate information and updates into our tracking system on a real time basis
  • Stay educated on current and new and emerging technologies
  • Manage the candidate network by conducting periodic prospective keeping in touch checks
  • On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, stay abreast with technological advancement



  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Highly presentable, confident with excellent in verbal & written communications
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter or in similar industry (IT/ ITES preferred)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles, with desire to learn more and develop head hunting recruiter skills
  • Able to present reports, progress management and target assessment
  • Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

    Any Graduate
