Backend Developer (java, Spring Boot) Job in Prominentpixel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to work within the constraints of a planned project, ensuring appropriate level of productivity and teamwork to complete necessary milestones
• Solve challenging real-world problems by leveraging OOP & functional programming concepts
• Write production grade backend code, SP and promote high code quality standards
• Work with client developers & off-shore developers for delivering project tasks

Candidate Must have

• Very strong knowledge in OOP and Core Java
• Hands-on Software Development experience in JavaEE, Springboot and Restful services
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture & Design Principals
• Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
• Web-Technologies jQuery, Validation Engine, React, JSON, GSON. Ajax, CSS, HTML5
• Familiarity with Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL Server databases
• Experience working with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, TFS etc.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good To Have

• Knowledge & command over big data technologies like apache hadoop, apache spark, AWS EMR will be a big plus
• Good command on front-end JS frameworks like Angular, ReactJS
• Knowledge of search engines like Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, AWS Opensearch
