About the Role

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be the frontline for Level 1 and 2 support, handling complex technical issues related to our flagship product, Scalefusion. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage ticket lifecycles, and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chat, email, and on-demand phone support for Scalefusion users.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot reported technical issues across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and keep customers updated on progress.
  • Maintain excellent customer experience by responding promptly and professionally.
  • Diagnose and solve application issues related to Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Reproduce customer environments on various devices to replicate and fix issues.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years supporting MDM solutions, specifically Google Android and Apple iOS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Android Enterprise and knowledge of legacy-to-Android Enterprise migrations.
  • Proficient in managing device configuration, compliance, and security policies.
  • Experience with Auto-pilot components and collaboration tools like Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload efficiently while meeting service standards.
