- Keep track of new campaigns - delivery & billing closure.
- Assist CS team for feedback, billing & on-time collection of payments.
- Monitor media budget for the campaign and issue periodic analysis for clients like Media Negotiations.
- End to End relationship management with customer/client right through need identification. providing solutions, client servicing, customer satisfaction & business retention.
Experience Required :
