Job Summary
  • Responsible for managing technology projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and of high quality standards. The individual needs to be skilled at managing several concurrent assignments successfully.
  • The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment.
  • Track and manage key project milestones, efforts resource needs and adjusts project plans on a regular basis to meet the needs of customers.
  • Execute the appropriate actions to address critical and outstanding issues impacting the project timeline.
  • Bring in best practices in Engineering processes across the life cycle
  • Strong sense of ownership towards deliverable
  • Career planning, people grooming and performance management of engineering teams

Qualification :
B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA
Experience Required :

8 to 10 Years
