Job Summary
  • Must have experience of leading a QA team of 8-10+ team members
  • Must have experience of web application testing
  • Should have very well knowledge of QA processes.
  • Should have experience of working with development manager and providing project health staus and risk report
  • Should have experience of preparing project quality report and sending it to management
  • Should have experince of defining QA team KRA/KPI
  • Should have experience of Agile principles
  • Should be able to guide and mentor team of junior and senior QA
  • Should have interest in improving quality processes and identifying project problem areas
  • Should have experience of prepareing QA plan, preparing RCA document
  • Should be ready to work as independent QA if required for project
  • Good to have experience of having load testing, performance testing, security testing
  • Should have experince of requirement analysis, web application testing, system testing, functional testing, non-functional testing, defect reporting, regression testing and database testing.
