Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Product Management to lead and implement business development initiatives for our crushing and screening business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market requirements, customer needs, and technical product solutions, and will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Engineering, and Spares teams. This role focuses on driving product development, enhancing market positioning, and ensuring the successful launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with the company s overall business goals, focusing on the crushing and screening market.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to solve queries, understand their needs, and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the Engineering team to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps based on market demands and customer feedback.
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Support the Engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to prototyping, testing, and final release.
  • Market Positioning & Strategy: Develop strategies to enhance the product s value proposition, positioning, and differentiation in the market. Work with Engineering and the Head of Spares & Product Management to drive these initiatives.
  • Product Documentation & Sales Support: Create and update technical documentation, USPs, and literature to support training. Provide product insights and support to the Sales & BD teams.
  • New Product Launch: Co-develop plans for new product launches with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery and quality of new products.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, competitor pricing, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Industry Standards & Technology Insights: Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies related to crushing and screening equipment. Provide proactive insights to management.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to foster profitable business partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics and quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction and sales revenue growth.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the crushing, screening, and washing equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of crushing, screening, and washing equipment, including design, functionality, and applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills with a proven ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel for customer visits, market studies, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
