Job Summary We are looking for a bright, well-spoken, well organized, hardworking go-getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time.
You will be responsible for managing customer queries and requests, and handling escalations across the organization.You will need to understand the issues the customers are facing and resolve these issues within the SLA and stipulated time.You will need to coordinate with our other teams to help resolve these customer queries.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of Customer Support Experience
- Must have used a tool like ZenDesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk or similar.
- Pleasant personality, confident and well-spoken individual.
- Very well organized
- Excellent written and spoken communication. Ability to communicate very well in English
- Dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Property Management will be added plus.
- Must Know local language
