- Lead an outsourced inside sales team to achieve the defined revenue target from the sales of digital advertising services to the defined category of sellers.
- Recruit, train and monitor the right team at partner location as per business needs.
- Structure and implement sales targets for the team members & continuously monitor their performance to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare short- & long-term sales strategies to increase revenue and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Report & monitor all key sales metrics (input & output) to keep track of the current performance and help understand the future sales pipeline with view of improving performance and conversions.
- Utilizing quantitative analysis to improve effectiveness, efficiency and capacity planning.
- Responsible for qualifying & generating new sales leads through campaign design & execution.
- Handle customer escalations and improve the overall customer experience (NPS) by managing key aspects of pre & post sales process.
- Ensure that the defined sales processes, organization policies & compliance is followed rigorously.
- Create a strong quality management and coaching framework within the team.
- Manage training and quality by monitoring, measuring, reporting, and providing feedback on the quality of interactions. Facilitate learning across the floor through conducting training programs and presentations.
- Design structured sales processes across the teams with the implementation of robust CRM systems. Maintain robust telephony/auto-dialing systems that are built for scale.
- Provide actionable ideas to business teams for improvement in product features based on customer interactions and feedback.
- Develop a good understanding of all the services/offerings, work closely with superiors to formulate business development strategies. Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence.
