Looking for talented, hard working & highly motivated Team Leader/Senior .Net Developers

SKILLS:
Experience in leading a Team & Managing projects independently.
Creative, problem solving skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts
Working knowledge of building, troubleshooting, debugging and re-factoring application logic
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Platforms Preferred.
Experience with Windows Cross Platform Programming including Windows7, Windows Server 2008
Experience / Knowledge in Retail, Health-Care, Point of Sale domain w! ould be an asset.
Excellent communication Skill
Desire to learn latest technologies like WPF, HTML5 will be an added advantage.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft .Net Framework
WPF (Added Advantage)
HTML5 (Added Advantage)
C# / VB.Net
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
Crystal Reports (Preferred)
Knowledge in Team Foundation Server (TFS) is an added advantage
Knowledge in third party tools like DevExpress IDE / Tools
Visual Studio .Net 2005/2008/2010

Candidate should be willing to travel abroad for short term / long term assignments since Job involves on-site assignment to Canada/USA.
