Job Summary

Sales & Marketing Operations

  • Drive sales initiatives and achieve desired targets.
  • Identify key accounts and strategically secure profitable business.
  • Formulate & implement promotional plans for enhancing market visibility & product awareness.
  • Identify and explore new markets and tap profitable business opportunities.
  • Interfacing with OE customers thereby ensuring optimum sales.

Distribution/ Channel Management

  • Developing and sustaining the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
  • Expanding the dealer infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
  • Monitoring distributor performance & ensure optimum sales/business.

Business Development

  • Devising & implementing business plans for marketing of products.
  • Mapping key client s requirements & designing proposals for new business development.
  • Analyzing market requirement/ response and communicating the same to the technical team for improvising product portfolio & features.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA and / or Graduate from the recognized institute/university with good track record.
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in sales and marketing of paper and paper products & printing and paper allied industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and sales skill.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Willing to travel extensively in the various markets.
