Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the work of the creative team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage the studio s resources, such as equipment, space, manhours and materials.
  • Develop and execute creative briefs, working with clients to understand their needs and then developing a creative strategy to meet those needs.
  • Oversee the production of creative work, reviewing work in progress, providing feedback, and ensuring that the final product meets the client s expectations.
  • Manage the creative team s workload, balancing the workload of the team members to ensure that they are not overworked and that projects are completed on time.
  • Build relationships with clients, developing rapport with clients and understanding their needs so that the agency can deliver the best possible service.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in the creative industry, keeping track of digital / social platform capabilities and trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, budgeting, and creative quality management.
  • Have existing and the ability to expand relationships with Photographers, directors and production houses.
  • Experience managing creative teams in digital agencies with video and animation capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
