Studio Manager Job in Pulp Strategy
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of the creative team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the studio s resources, such as equipment, space, manhours and materials.
- Develop and execute creative briefs, working with clients to understand their needs and then developing a creative strategy to meet those needs.
- Oversee the production of creative work, reviewing work in progress, providing feedback, and ensuring that the final product meets the client s expectations.
- Manage the creative team s workload, balancing the workload of the team members to ensure that they are not overworked and that projects are completed on time.
- Build relationships with clients, developing rapport with clients and understanding their needs so that the agency can deliver the best possible service.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the creative industry, keeping track of digital / social platform capabilities and trends.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, budgeting, and creative quality management.
- Have existing and the ability to expand relationships with Photographers, directors and production houses.
- Experience managing creative teams in digital agencies with video and animation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of the creative process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
