Job Summary
Qualification : Commerce Graduate with Sales & Marketing as a Specialization
2 3 years of work experience as sales coordinator (in Electronic field preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Working knowledge of SAP is a must.
Location : Mumbai (Andheri)
Key Responsibilities :
To prepare all quotation and Performa invoice for company products.
To manage and control effectively all product brochures of the company and maintain the price list of the products.
Update all useful database for both Technical and Marketing department.
Track product line sales and cost by analyzing and entering sales, expense and new business data.
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
Interaction with clients for quotation and samples and corresponding relating to the same.
Day to day follow up of offer with clients; also replying customer service request.
Coordination of activities in the Sales and Marketing department.
Maintain project files individually with up to date documents client wise.
Support sales staff by providing sales data, accounts analyses, new product information.
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics and maintaining research database.
