Job Description:

Expert in PHP programming with significant experience in application design and development on LAMP platform.
Interacting with business teams to understand the requirement & functional specifications.
Responsible for creating a work plan and sharing it with development and testing team.
should be able to design and develop new applications as well as maintain existing application in Linux, Apache, Mysql and PHP(LAMP) areas.
Design and develop backend and frontend systems in LAMP Experience with complex SQL queries and database scheme design and optimization techniques is expected.
Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications
Excellent knowledge of relational database design and multi-tier web application architecture in conjunction with MySQL.
Ability to implement code efficiency techniques such as reuse of common modules and identification of opportunities for abstraction, consolidation and/or reusability.

Required Skills:

Expertise in Core PHP Coding.
Solid knowledge and Proficiency in PHP programming based on OOPS approach and MVC patterns.
Should have implemented custom JavaScript functionality using standard JS libraries
Product Knowledge would be an advantage.
Expertise in PHP/My SQL
Hands of experience on open source technologies like WordPress, Joomla & Drupal.
Good to have experience with any one of frameworks like Cake PHP / Symphony / Zend framework.
Expertise in AJAX concepts.
Must be comfortable with Linux environment.
Working knowledge of JavaScript libraries like jQuery, Prototype, ExtJS, MooTools etc.
XHTML / CSS Expert Hand coding skills with developing table less layouts.
Understanding of Browser compatibilities and standard Compliances (web 2.0 standards).
Excellent Debugging Skills

Qualification: BCS/BCA/DIP/MCA/MCS/Degree in CS/IT or equivalent

Experience: Should have executed at least 15-20 projects with Using Core PHP, Experience of designing multiple table database queries on RDBMS like MySQL etc.
