• Execute monitoring programs that will help the monitor quality and compliance within the Assurance LoS and Assurance activities performed in Tax/Advisory LoS.

Minimum years experience required

• CA/MBA/M.Com/B.Com
• Understanding processes and audit concepts
• Strong application and presence of mind
• Should have experience in project management
• Should have strong attention to details, analytical skills
• Should take ownership
• Able to take decisions
• Inclination and interest in compliance related matters
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Team player, dynamic, committed to providing high quality, responsibility and maintaining timeliness
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal English
• Demonstrate self motivation and desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
