Preferred skills

  • Work allocation, resource management, conduct trainings on work allocation process, co-ordination, building relationships with key stakeholders within different Tax teams

  • Responsible for wok allocation as per skillset of teams, review capacity of teams as per headcount, suggest alternate resource modelling as per requirement, understand team dynamics and build relationships with each team. Learn the process and suggest for improvements as and when required.
