Job Summary
    • You will develop, introduce, evaluate and continuously improve new offerings that leverage the skills of the Pythian DevOps, SRE and Cloud Consulting teams, technical accelerators, technology enablers, methodologies, and bundled analytics service offerings to deliver high-value outcomes for Pythian's customers.
    • Lead the ideation process and develop and refine business cases for new portfolio offering opportunities.
    • Develop strong cross-functional credibility and alliances building a shared purpose for the delivery of analytics solutions.
    • Balance the need for making data-driven recommendations and decisions while knowing when to take a leap of faith.
    • Be the expert on your offerings - work extensively with Pythian's sales team to get in front of customers to socialize new ideas, accelerate the sales cycle for your offerings and followup with customers to get feedback, bringing that feedback into the continuous offering development process.
    • Monitor the ROI and margins associated with the solution offering, and work with Engineering to continually identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and margin growth.
    • Develop product positioning, packaging, pricing and messaging that differentiates the Pythian solutions in the market.
    • Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction, business impact, and delivery efficiency with the ability to analyze and utilize them in decision making processes.
    • Be a thought leader - provide content for and collaborate with marketing on the development of product descriptions, data sheets, articles, and web content, along with solution videos and demos.
    • Sales enablement communicate the value proposition of your portfolio to the sales team and develop the sales tools and selling process.
    • Market/competitive intelligence provide expertise on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; provide expertise on competitors and how to crush them.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on strategies to drive acquisition, lift conversion rates, increase engagement and grow revenue.
    • Travel as required to attend in-person meetings with prospects and clients, attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
