About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the design, delivery, and management of innovative learning programs that align with IT competency frameworks and business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with technology and business leaders to assess skill gaps and deliver scalable learning interventions.
- Develop engaging training content tailored for diverse learning styles and audience levels.
- Create multimedia assets such as videos, eLearning modules, infographics, and guides using tools like Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia.
- Proofread and edit learning materials ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner data, assessments, tracking, and certification workflows.
- Generate analytical reports on learner engagement, progress, and program effectiveness.
- Coordinate and facilitate classroom-based and virtual instructor-led training sessions.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant handbooks, and feedback mechanisms.
- Define learning KPIs and regularly evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor completion rates, learner feedback, and engagement levels.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Manage the annual and quarterly training calendar across functions.
- Oversee onboarding programs, skill enhancement tracks, leadership development, and compliance training.
- Draft internal communications, newsletters, and campaigns to promote learning initiatives and drive participation.
- Partner with business and HR leadership to identify current and future capability needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of the L&D strategy, learning roadmap, and culture-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 9+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably within technology-led organizations.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, TalentLMS).
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Suite, Camtasia).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, proofreading, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
