Key Responsibilities:

Basic Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of auditing in Banking orcollection Industry
• Travel across India and conduct audits at Branches and agencies level
• Knowledge of Process writing and compliance checking
• Review & recommend TNIs, Collection Process adherence, common issues across teams
• Superior analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build PR and repo with all concerned teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate/ CA Interns
• Min. 2 years of experience in collection/ compliance in banking/ NBFC environment with minimumof 6 months in a Quality role
• Hands-on exposure of working on MS excel word and power-point
• Negotiation and Time Management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well and promote a team environment
