Duties/Responsibilities :
Interact with customers over chat, Email, and Call to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products & services.
Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion.
You will be welcoming customers to our service, helping them with our website functionality, and assisting them with purchases. Training will be provided.
