About the Role:

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, market research, and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Market Research & Trends Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with internal teams to meet client requirements, ensure smooth project execution, and close deals.
  • Sales Metrics Tracking & Strategy Development:
    • Track and report on sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance and achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Client-Centric Approach:
    • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented:
    • Self-driven with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail in tracking sales activities and client interactions.
