As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, market research, and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Market Research & Trends Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams to meet client requirements, ensure smooth project execution, and close deals.
- Sales Metrics Tracking & Strategy Development:
- Track and report on sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Client-Centric Approach:
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
