Job Summary

Role 1. Discover and experiment on 1-to-1 and 1-to-many growth levers for Skydo - both online and offline 2. Create and continuously define Skydo s marketing playbook through experimentation and research 3. Understand industry best practices through secondary sources and from primary interviews with relevant companies 4. Execute campaigns across these levers - in digital marketing (paid and unpaid), offline events (like seminars and webinars), content (articles, blogs, social media posts) and community (Skydo-led events with our customer base) 5. Through the above, build and own the marketing funnel to come up with qualified leads, thereby establishing channel-wise effectiveness (vol, quality, cost) 6. Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness; create unique brand properties (events) 7. Build relationships/ partnerships with customers, industry bodies and relevant stakeholders Skill 1. First principles problem solving and business judgement 2. Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, impact orientation and execution focus 3. Strong liking for, and hands-on experience with marketing levers including content, community and social media platforms 4. Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, presentation and storytelling skills 5. Passionate to engage actively with customers & industry stakeholders to build strong relationships Persona 1. Undergrad in Engineering / Technology with a strong academic record 2. Overall experience of 6-8 years 3. At least 3 years experience in Growth / Marketing / Performance marketing across multiple channels. SaaS / B2B experience and / or Fintech sector experience preferred 4. Nice to have: 2 years of management consulting with a top tier consulting firm (MBB) or an MBA 5. Customer-facing, Articulate, with a flair for compelling communication; able to inspire, mentor and manage a high-performing team.
