Job Responsibilities: Lead & support with design & customer requirement workshops Confident in configuring Workday integrations with the ability to utilize Workday Community where necessary Excellent problem solver Ability to create effort estimates based on customer requirements Eager to master additional modules of Workday Build estimates for Workday Integration work with approval & support of a lead Full understanding of the Workday deployment methodology & knowledge of Studio, XSLT, PECI, PICOF, CCTP, Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) Support and mentor junior resource based in UK, Portugal & India Achieve a high level of utilization The ideal candidate: Will hold a Bachelor s Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study A minimum of one end to end Workday Integration project or a thorough understanding of and experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, middleware), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Be consultative in their customer approach Have excellent oral & written communication skills We offer you: You will be offered extensive training and development including globally recognized Workday certification.
