Job Summary

Drive strategic alliances and play an impactful role in scaling the organization to next level. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AT QRATA? Research and understand the market through various mediums and create & execute a strategic partnership. Identify, pitch and manage deals with new partners; scope of partnerships to include content acquisition, relationship management and contract execution. Work closely with teams internally (content and Product) to ensure synergy in external partnerships with Qrata strategy Preparing professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for client presentations. Will be responsible for arranging, managing, and coordinating with content and other support teams on-ground and support content production. To oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience and ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. MUST HAVE S 1-2 years of overall work experience preferably in talent industry. Ability to think logically and leverage data to take out actionable insights across various aspects of a business. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are a must. A highly organized, confident self-starter with a professional demeanour and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Proactive and goal oriented with a strong willingness to learn and constantly improve. Are quick learners with strong listening and negotiating skills and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way Have excellent communication skills in all forms and have a natural ability to network and build a strong rapport with probable prospects Proficient in word, excel & PowerPoint. Good Presentation Skills GOOD TO HAVE S Knowledge of the staffing industry and recruitment process. Experiences with arts, culture, events or the publishing industry a plus. A multidisciplinary thinker who can help shape up a services driven local economy. Content Curation.
