Senior Manager- Legal (m & A Specialist) Job in Quadrangle

• Responsible for providing Legal Supports in terms of vetting, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing any of general Commercial or Corporate Contracts, Contracts related to Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures, internal business restructuring and strategic alliances.
• Responsible for litigation management, settlement and handling of consumer complaints.
• To assist on cross border projects like anti-bribery/ anti-corruption compliance and privacy laws/ personal data protection policies .
• To ensure compliance with food safety laws that affect various aspects of the business.
• Provide legal support on new product development initiatives and approval on marketing claims and materials.
• To advise on employment related issues e.g. termination, severance, mutual separation, outsourcing arrangements, employment templates.
• Filing of trademarks and patents, protection of existing IPR etc. To ensure that all material legal & compliance related issues are approved by in accordance with policies.
