Utility Specialist Job in Quadrangle

• To direct and manage the overall operation of the turbine, ESP, boilers, WTP, ETP, VAM and the production and distribution of utilities
• To create a system such that the output from man, material, and machinery is optimized.
• To maintain utility systems in good working condition with proper preventive and daily maintenance in coordination with related departments.
• Responsible for making workplace free from hazards and comply with Safety standards, rules and regulations
• Tracking with spares stores for the availability of the same and indenting new spares as per the requirement

Handling the operation and maintenance activities for process boilers, thermic-fluid heaters, high pressure boiler, ESP and Turbine.

• Have experience to handle the different Fuel mainly Imported Coal and Indian Coal.
• Handling the WTP, ETP, Chillers, steam distribution network and condensate recovery system
• Responsible for managing and updating scheduled data for capacity optimization. Working on SAP would add advantage.
• Planning for inspection, shutdown jobs preparation & execution, break down analysis, action plans and preparation of annual maintenance plan.
• Handling job scheduling to maintain optimum availability of men and material.
• Data monitoring, generating periodic reports and daily analysis of reports for smooth functioning of the plant as per standard.
• Adhering to safety and health standards in all functional areas and responsible to implement measures for enhancing safety levels.
• Preparation of MIS & Daily Analysis Report
• Maintain all recommended parameters, Water and Steam quality as per standard
